Registration packets for new students are available in the Main Office. Registration is by appointment only. Hours for appointments are 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Once the packet is completed, call (734) 744-2660 ext. 48103 to schedule a registration appointment.
Listed below are the documents parents must present at the time of registration. In addition, if your student receives special services or has a health concern, we need that information at the time of registration.
You will be required to present:
A. An Original Birth Certificate with the raised seal.
B. Complete Immunization Records as recorded by a doctor or Health Department .
C. Current School Record (report card and unofficial transcript).
D. Proof of Residency
Valid Michigan Driver License with correct current address (for ID purposes only)
For homeowners, two from the following items: closing papers, city tax bill, certificate of occupancy, Homestead Property Exemption, proof of homeowner's insurance, voter registration card.
For renters of commercial properties: lease with proper names, dates, and signatures.
For renters that rent from private individuals: a notarized lease.
Divorce decree or other document proving custody
