Athletic Department Procedure-Booster Club Fund Request for equipment, uniforms or other supplies that REMAIN IN THE SPORT PROGRAM (collected at the conclusion of the season):
  1. Varsity Coach notifies the athletic director the details of the request for funds.
  2. Varsity Coach completes a booster club expense request for funds application (below) with an attached quote/invoice and submits to Athletic Director. (Varsity coach must complete application).
  3. Athletic Director will submit the application to the booster club at least 3 days prior to their meeting so that it can be added to the agenda in a timely manner. Booster club meets the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm in the LMC. 
  4. Coach and/or Athletic Director will attend the meeting and be present the request.
