SHS Parking Information 2026-27

Parking Guidelines

All student parking applications are taken online. The goal of the Stevenson administration is to provide a safe and convenient parking situation for as many students as possible. Students who do not live within walking distance of the school are provided bus transportation by the District and are encouraged to make use of it.  We have a limited number of parking spots available for our students.

Parking permits are distributed to seniors first.  Juniors may enter a lottery system for the opportunity to receive a parking pass.  Sophomores are not eligible for parking passes. 

No student, regardless of involvement in school activities, is guaranteed a parking permit. Parking is a privilege; an equitable system is in place to award the limited number of parking permits.

Students must be passing four (4) classes to remain eligible to park on campus. Grade checks may take place at the end of each semester. If a student is not passing four (4) classes at that point, parking on campus may be suspended. The administration reserves the right to make final determinations, and there will be no refund for the cost of the permit.

Students may not transfer ownership of a parking pass to another student.

Students are only permitted to park in designated student parking areas.

Senior reserved painted parking spot & permit cost is $85, payable only through School Pay (link below)

Student Parking Permit Procedures (Seniors Only)

  1. Complete the Stevenson Parking Information Form by August 24, 2026.
    • You must use your school email address to access this form.
  2. Pay online at School Pay
    • School Pay will open for payments on April 24, 2026.

Distribution of permits will occur on the following dates: 

  • Summer Distribution: Wednesday, August 5, 2026: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM - SHS Main Entrance
  • Wednesday, August 26, 2026: All Lunches
  • Thursday, August 27, 2026: All Lunches

Student Parking Permit Procedures (Juniors Only)

  1. Complete the Stevenson Parking Information Form by August 31, 2026.

  2. You must use your student school email address to access this form.

Lottery Information
Juniors will receive an email confirmation of lottery status with payment details on September 3, 2026.
